WASHINGTON (AP) -- Here's the latest on Federal Election Commission reports showing the campaign finances of Texans running for office:

-- Republican U.S. Sen. John Cornyn reported raising raised $11.3 million over the six years he's been in office for his re-election.

Cornyn raised $1.4 million in the final quarter of 2007. Over his first term in the Senate, he's received $2.3 million from political action committees and other fundraising committees run by Cornyn.

State Rep. Rick Noriega of Houston, the Democratic frontrunner in the Senate race, reports raising $936,000 since he began campaigning last July.

Noriega has accepted about $75,000 from political action committees and others authorized to contribute to him.

-- District 17 includes President Bush's Crawford ranch. Nine-term Congressman Chet Edwards of Waco ended the year with more than $1 million on hand.

The Democrat reported about $161,000 in contributions and spent nearly $75,000 during the last three months of 2007.

-- Ten Republicans are seeking the nomination in the District 22 congressional race.

Democratic Congressman Nick Lampson is unchallenged in the March 4 primary.

Shelley Sekula Gibbs finished two months of former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay's term when he resigned.

Records show she owes $490,000 for her election campaigns, including $240,000 in debt for her latest effort to win the Houston-area congressional seat.

Sekula Gibbs reported raising $262,456 in contributions in the last three months of 2007. She ended the year with $435,466 cash on hand.

Without the $240,000 September loan, Sekula Gibbs would be closer in the money race to former Pasadena Mayor John Manlove.

Manlove reported $174,577 cash in the bank after raising $228,610 at the end of last year.

State Rep. Robert Talton of Pasadena, another candidate for DeLay's old District 22, loaned his campaign $50,000. He reported a year-end cash on hand total of $117,923.

Dean Hrbacek, a tax attorney and accountant also in the District 22 race, has loaned his campaign $113,000 and raised about $147,000. He had about $120,000 in the bank to start the year.
